JLL promotes Sandeep Sethi to Asia Pacific division president for work dynamics

Sandeep Sethi has been appointed division president of JLL’s work dynamics business unit in Asia Pacific. He will be responsible for providing integrated facilities management, construction management services, sustainability and workplace consulting, workplace experience and lease transaction management to occupiers. In addition, he will be overseeing services delivered to clients, and accountable for growing JLL’s market share in North Asia, including mainland China and Hong Kong.

Prior to this appointment, Sethi was managing director and head of work dynamics for West Asia. He has 27 years of diverse experience in the corporate sector, out of which 10 have been with JLL. During this time, he has built deep client relationships and grown the business to become the largest occupier business in West Asia, managing over 160 million sq ft of office space at 1,500 client sites in India, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and Bangladesh.

Sethi will report to Susheel Koul, JLL’s CEO for work dynamics in Asia Pacific. Koul expressed his confidence in Sethi’s ability to lead the business in Asia Pacific, citing his astute understanding of the dynamic nature of commercial real estate and his established leadership abilities.

The appointment of Sethi further reinforces JLL’s commitment to developing and elevating people to serve their diversifying client base across Asia Pacific.
