Since its opening on April 14, Blossoms By The Park has seen around 4,000 visitors over the past three days. According to EL Development’s managing director, Lim Yew Soon, these consist mainly of locals. The 275-unit private condo located in one-north at Slim Barracks Rise offers a mix of one- to four-bedroom premium units.
The launch is scheduled to take place on April 29th. As for price range, one-bedroom-plus-study units start from $1.291 million ($2,352 psf), two-bedrooms at $1.499 million ($2,211 psf), two-bedroom-plus-study units from $1.585 million ($2,198 psf), three-bedroom dual-key units from $2.082 million ($2,276 psf), three- bedroom units from $2.279 million ($2,183 psf), four-bedroom units from $2.921 million ($2,243 psf), and four-bedroom premium units from $3.335 million ($2,213 psf).
Ken Low, managing partner of SRI, predicts that the average sale price of the units will be within the $2,350 to $2,400 psf range. Additionally, given its various attributes, the project will appeal mainly to investors. Perfectly located within one-north as well as a three-minute walk to Buona Vista MRT Interchange Station, a five-minute walk to The Star Vista mall, 1km to Fairfield Methodist School and five-minute to Greater Southern Waterfront, it is no surprise that the project has been so popular.
